Shipping policy

We are happy to offer complimentary shipping on orders over $150 via UPS and/or USPS. Expedited shipping is available at the customer's request; to obtain expedited shipping rates and information, please email us with your order number. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and times once UPS and/or USPS has possession of the package.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day and will ship within 3-5 business days. This timeframe does not apply to preorder items or personalized items. While we ship Monday through Friday -excluding holidays- we do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  

Personalized items add seven to ten days to processing time and are shipped together with non-personalized items. The shipment of the complete order will be held until the customized item is ready to ship. If you prefer to have items shipped separately, please email us with your order number, and we will send you a shipping invoice.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any shipping issues; we are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information.
